Villa Despina is a recently built two storey building with 4 bedrooms located 1 km from the villages of Asomatos in the mountainous area of southern Crete.

The villa can accommodate up to 12 people and has a private swimming pool, sauna, hydro-massage, barbecue and big garden.

Facilities - Inside the villa

The villa is a two storey building, with the kitchen and the livingroom upstairs on the first floor and at the groundfloor there are the 4 bedrooms. There is very nice sea and mountain view from all the property places.

Leading from the living room to the south, there is a spacious terrace with stunning views to the Preveli Monastery and to Plakias, Damnoni, Souda and Frangokastello.

The terrace is furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine.

At the north side there is another terrace with mountain view.

The downstairs balcony has a big place for relaxing as well, as well as enjoying the view to the beach and the mountains.

There is a barbeque at the yard and a big garden for games outside.

The villa has a swimming pool and barbeque and can accommodate up to 12 people in about 180 m2 of living space, built in a 10000 m2 plot, with hundreds of olive and fruit trees and other vegetation.

Villa Despina 2 is close to the traditional Taverna of Despina(1km). Same owners, same quality! The food is homemade and the ingredients are homegrown. This facility will accompany your accommodation, if you wish, and although your privacy is our priority we offer the option to socialize, eat, drink and feel Crete all over.
